                                    Overview

Staffing is not “something” we do… it’s what we do.  Express Employment Professionals, founded in 1983, has grown to include over 600 individually franchised offices.  We are the largest privately-held staffing service in the United States!   This means that each office – such as ours here in Mobile – treats you with the care and attention you would expect from a small company, yet we’re powered by a global $2 Billion company!   We constantly recruit exceptional talent because we choose to work only with the best companies.  This is one of the reasons we’ve been so successful building relationships with our clients in Mobile and Baldwin County in South Alabama.

We typically work with business owners and human resources department managers at companies with 5-100 employees.  This is a direct reflection of our local business climate.  Most of our clients fall into four categories:

                                    • Some of our clients thought they could handle their own staffing for less or tried cheaper vendors and got burned.  They were always stuck with new hires who would fizzle without delivering results.
                                    • Other clients were trying to do more with less, working a ton of hours and never catching up.  Saving a wage was costing them a fortune, because they were not finding new clients and barely taking care of the clients they have.
                                    • Others were stressed out over turnover; they felt like they had a revolving door in their office.
                                    • And the final group was tired of babysitting. They heard that there are a lot of people looking for work; but they could not find people who wanted to work, showed up on time, and were reliable.
                                    Respecting People. Impacting Business.
